Providing cost-effective LSR injection molding has made us an important partner for medical, automotive, and other key industries.
Whether for high or low volume manufacturing, we have the skills and expertise to customize according to your requirements and deliver within your schedule. Our strict quality control allows us to adhere to incredibly tight tolerances in tough manufacturing environments.
Contact Our ExpertThe uncured silicone substance is placed in two barrels — one labeled Compound A and the other Compound B. The cures are within one barrel while the other has an accelerant. Using a metering unit, the two substances are automatically combined at a one-to-one ratio, with colors added along the way.
Our molder programs the automated injection-molding machine within the proper shot size and according to your specified customization features. Before the activation, we adjust the settings for temperature, cycle time, and pressure for the platens and pistons that close the mold to ensure efficient injection molding and to meet schedules.
We heat the mold to the right temperature, usually between 300 to 350º Fahrenheit, and then apply the right amount of clamping force. The mold is closed together with the injector, pump, and supply while the screw pushes the material into the mold and cavities.
Applying the right combination of heat and pressure to the liquid silicone rubber cures the material into a solid-state. The mold opens and we use a machine to remove the rubber part and flashing. We then close the mold and repeat the process, wherein we apply de-flashing, post-curing, a comprehensive inspection, and packaging.
We have a variety of food-grade and medical-grade silicone rubbers for products or industries where heat-resistance and vibration resistance are highly required.
If you have any specific needs in terms of liquid silicone rubber, contact us and we are happy to help with our expertise. Inspection certificates of raw materials are available on request.
Through our efficient use of raw materials and advanced machinery, we carry out a widespread injection molding process to produce large volumes of LSR.
Flash is removed during high precision production and strict quality control tests, ensuring our silicone molded parts meet flash tolerances between 0mm and 0.03mm.
As LSR fills in thin walls easily, we achieve tight tolerances within 0.01mm to ensure optimal performance from parts.
Resisting water, oxidation, and chemical solutions such as acids and alkali make our LSR more durable and stable.
Withstanding extreme temperatures ranging from -85° to +400°F, our LSR fits well in any tough manufacturing environment.
Through our tests, we make sure all LSR prevent the growth of pathogens and bacteria while resisting corrosion and staining.
