With ten years experience under our belt and good reputation from our clients, we work out cost-effective plastic injection molding solution from design, tooling, production, surface treatment, and assembly.
Our engineers have been in the industry for over ten years. And 50 plus advance machines are in operation. Combining DFM and quality management system, the tolerance and lead time are sure to match and exceed your expectations.
Material granules, plastic injection molding raw materials, are fed into a heated barrel through a hopper, where they will melt under heat and pressure that you would like your parts to be dealt with.
The resins melt under the influence of heater bands and frictional action of the molding screw, ready to be injected into a mold cavity. Strict inspection is in place to make sure that your material are fully utilized.
The melted resins are injected into the mold cavity where it cools down and forms the same shape as the cavity. The cavity number is the exact the same as you required.
The melted plastic has cooled down and will be removed onto a movable platen. When the plastic part are in its final shape, the platen opens and the plastic part is forced out from the mold. The part will be delivered to you as soon as it is ready for package.
P20, 718 and SKD61 are part of the materials we use for plastic injection mold tooling. Some of other accessible materials are:
We have the technology and equipment to handle all commercially available plastics (thermoplastic and thermosetting), contact us and we are happy to help you.
Our engineers works out a DFM based on your design. Diversified factors like draft angle and parting lines are considered.
Combing our moulding expertise, skilled workers and fine equipment, parts are delivered to you in as fast as 2 weeks.
We abide by ISO DIN 2768f. Our engineers make every effort to ensure the tolerance is in line with your requirements.
Producing quality parts is our top priority. We comply to quality control standards at every step. Each part is meticulously machined for you.
Our in-house assembly is to simplify your supply chain. No damages and scheduling conflicts. Delivery options are available afterwards
Common as well as uncommon surface treatments are available at Creating Rapid. We do surface finishing as you wish.
